Edits and linked photos stay saved on this device. Use Backup › Export Session to move the live app state to another device, Backup › Download ZIP for Excel + photos, or Update › Import Source Spreadsheet to refresh catalogue data and bring in Local Stock Count when that column exists.

New Smart Filter

Hand-pick items. Search, then tap items to add or remove them.
Stocktake
On iPad or iPhone, install the app first, then enter your licence key inside it.
Tap the Share button in Safari.
Tap Add to Home Screen.
Open Stocktake from your home screen and enter your key there.
A key entered here in Safari won't carry over to the home-screen app, and would use up one of your device activations.
